ADGEvents is web-based event management software for organizers, churches and nonprofits. It connects registration, QR check-in, schedules and team tasks, with group travel, CRM and fundraising tools available according to plan and setup.
Can I start an event for free?
Yes. Core event registration has a free starting plan with workspace, attendee and team-seat allowances. Commercial Free: up to 2 events in your workspace, 100 attendees per event, 2 team seats. Verified nonprofit Free: up to 3 events in your workspace, 150 attendees per event, 3 team seats. Nonprofit rates require eligibility verification. See current prices and limits.
Can I sell tickets and offer installments?
Paid tickets require your organization’s approved live Stripe Connect account. Site fees and Stripe processing fees apply. Deposits and installment payment plans are available for event registrations on plans with payment tools. Authorized staff must configure an active event payment plan and approved live Stripe Connect setup.
Can I manage a group trip with my event?
Yes, eligible plans include traveler records, rooming and itinerary coordination. Live in-app flight and hotel purchasing is not currently available. Your team arranges supplier bookings and servicing. Explore group travel coordination.
